Kathy is a seasoned executive in Technology with over 30 years in the Automotive Collision Repair Industry. Kathy has managed various product development teams (up to 70 employees, 20-60 consultants) in support of critical company product lines. Kathy transformed an acquired business, integrating the team responsible for migration of a core product. She Successfully implemented concurrent B2B integrations with both clients and vendors and was responsible for managing relationships with insurance companies’ IT departments, improving relationships with several key clients. Kathy has been a key account manager collaborating with client CIOs to discuss product strategy.

Kathy coordinated efforts across product management, sales, and product delivery organizations to implement market solutions to the industry. She managed a team that provided integration and data sharing around market solutions, handling 30 B2B integration projects annually. As PMO Lead, Kathy led the effort to transform the company from a waterfall methodology to agile practices.
